Meet the Install Team Behind Every Impressive Wrap
Every great wrap starts with an experienced installer, and our team is stacked with some of the best in the industry.
At the helm is Darren Good, our lead installer and a 3M Certified Installer whose technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities make even the most complex wraps look effortless. Working alongside him is Jonny Dunnivan, also 3M Certified, known for his attention to detail and consistent, reliable execution. Rounding out our certified install crew is Jake Anderegg, an Avery Certified Installer, whose versatility and craftsmanship shine in both standard and specialty projects.
Supporting the team—and playing a critical role in the finished result—are Denver Martinez and Gabe Morris, who handle vehicle prep. From cleaning and decontaminating surfaces to disassembling components for seamless installations, their prep work sets the stage for the installers’ success. Without strong prep, great installation isn’t possible, and Denver and Gabe ensure every project starts with a perfect foundation.
Inside the Bay: Up to 10 Projects in Motion
Step into our installation bay on any given day, and you’ll find a fast-moving, well-orchestrated environment with as many as ten projects in progress at once. Some vehicles are being fully wrapped from bumper to bumper. Others may be receiving partial wraps, decals, spot graphics, or finishing touches before delivery.
Because our team is efficient and well-coordinated, partial wraps are often completed in just one day, ensuring minimal downtime for customers. Full wraps, depending on complexity, typically take three to five days, allowing our installers enough time to achieve the level of quality Performance Signs is known for.
Despite the fast pace, the vibe is calm, controlled, and professional—every project has a plan, every installer knows their role, and every vehicle receives the same high level of care. The bay team also keeps the energy high with their own diverse selection of music, a soundtrack they proudly curate together each day.

Not all installations happen at our shop. Many clients need their graphics applied directly at their business or at a fleet parking location—and our team is equipped and ready for those jobs too.
Whether it’s a box truck parked in a gravel lot, a lineup of fleet vehicles at a job site, or specialty equipment that can’t easily be transported, Darren, Jonny, and Jake bring the same expertise off site that they apply in the bay. With mobile tools and certified installation methods, they ensure the wrap quality remains consistent no matter where the project takes place.
Off-site installs require adaptability and problem-solving—working around weather, uneven surfaces, or limited space—but for our team, it’s just another part of delivering excellence.
