Meet Missy Good: Director of First Impressions
Before a design is created or a vinyl panel is installed, it’s Missy Good who greets our clients with the warmth and professionalism they’ve come to expect. As our Director of First Impressions, Missy is the friendly voice on the phone, the smiling face when you walk through the door, and the steady hand behind countless operational details that keep the front office running seamlessly.
Missy is the keeper of vehicle keys, the master of mail and shipments, the invoice sender, and—universally appreciated—the guardian of spotless front-office glass. She also manages one of the most important roles in the building: keeping the kitchen stocked with snacks, coffee, and beverages for both clients and the team.
More importantly, Missy handles the early stages of every customer interaction with care, clarity, and positivity. She makes sure each person who contacts Performance Signs feels seen, heard, and taken care of before passing them into the hands of our project team.
From First Hello to Final Delivery: Katherine & Brianna Take the Lead
Once Missy gathers the essentials and gets to know the client’s needs, she transitions them to Katherine Morris, Owner of Performance Signs, or Brianna Ledger, Project Manager. These two form the heart of client project management, guiding each customer through every step of their unique signage journey.
Katherine and Brianna combine organization, creativity, and a genuine love for helping people bring their ideas to life. They handle:
- Order intake & project scoping
- Material selection and ordering
- Scheduling and timeline coordination
- Quality control and final production checks
- Clear and consistent communication from start to finish
And, of course, they do it with the support of their loyal four-legged “coworkers”—Beckett by Katherine’s side, and Axel by Brianna’s. Both pups are known to lift moods, greet visitors, and lend morale support during the work week.
Design Excellence, Delivered by Molly Thomas and Jon Herring
While both Katherine and Brianna have strong design abilities, they often turn to Molly Thomas, whose creativity and eye for detail consistently bring projects to life. Molly is the artistic engine of Performance Signs—transforming concepts, brand identities, and rough sketches into polished, impactful visuals.
Her skills have earned recognition and notoriety in design competitions and even more importantly, the admiration of our clients. Molly’s ability to understand a customer’s vision and convert it into a design that exceeds expectations is a key part of the Performance Signs experience.
Working closely with Molly is Jon Herring, who ensures her designs transition perfectly from screen to print. With a degree in graphic design, Jon specializes in translating Molly’s one-dimensional concepts into files that are fully prepared for production—particularly for the complexities of vehicle wraps. His attention to detail ensures artwork installs smoothly, aligns properly, and displays beautifully on any surface.
Together, Molly and Jon form a design duo that blends artistic creativity with technical precision.
