Leading the department is Jon Herring, our production lead and in-house print specialist. As a 3M Certified Installer, Jon brings a unique installer’s perspective to the print process—understanding not just how graphics should look on screen, but how they must function in real-world installation. His expertise allows him to strategically nest wrap prints for the most visually appealing finished product while also maximizing material efficiency. That thoughtful stewardship helps reduce waste, control costs, and pass valuable savings directly along to our clients without compromising quality.
Working alongside Jon is Ken Morris, our lead graphics finisher, whose craftsmanship ensures every printed piece is transformed into install-ready perfection. Ken’s attention to detail in trimming, laminating, organizing, and finishing plays a critical role in delivering polished graphics that meet Performance Signs’ exacting standards.
Supporting Ken is his son, Nate Morris, who works side by side with him in graphics finishing and production support. Together, they help maintain the pace, consistency, and precision required to keep projects moving smoothly from print to install.
Molly Thomas and Darren Good are also key players in production, stepping up and in to operate the vinyl plotters with accuracy and efficiency. Their versatility helps keep workflows moving, ensuring cut vinyl, decals, lettering, and specialty graphics are prepared on time and to spec. Denver Martinez and Gabe Morris are always at the ready to help with plotter cut weeding too.
