Fighting Hunger With Heart and Creativity
Supporting Feeding Greene and local food pantries has become a meaningful part of our outreach. Each year, our team comes together for “Fill the Bucket,” an annual food drive that has grown into a company tradition. The campaign reflects not only generosity, but also the creativity of our team—finding new ways to engage, encourage participation, and maximize impact.
Our commitment to family extends beyond people. Through “Fill the Bucket”, we’ve also supported local animal shelters, ensuring our four-legged neighbors receive care and nourishment as well. It’s just one more way we live out our belief that community includes everyone.
When the Team Has an Idea, We Rally Together
At Performance Signs, some of our most meaningful outreach efforts start with a simple idea from a team member. When that happens, we rally together as a family and move forward at full speed.
Just last year, that spirit led to school supplies and shoes being sent to children in the Congo. What began as a desire to help became a collective effort—proof that when creativity meets compassion, the impact can reach far beyond our own borders.

We are passionate about supporting the missions of local nonprofits that are making a meaningful difference. One organization especially close to our hearts is Love No Ego, whose work aligns beautifully with our values with authentic connection, service, and positive communication.
We truly enjoy assisting others as they fulfill their missions to help people—whether that support comes through signage, sponsorships, or hands-on involvement. Helping mission-driven organizations communicate their message and expand their reach is one of the most rewarding ways we use our skills.

Service doesn’t always look the same—and sometimes, giving back includes having a little fun. Our team enjoys participating in local golf tournaments and pickleball tournaments, using friendly competition as another way to support great causes, build relationships, and stay connected with the community we love.
